As a Christian, thanks to Jesus, you have the Holy Spirit in you.
And God speaks to us by the Holy Spirit as we read the Scriptures. Think about how you feel when you read the news. Reading the Bible regularly and consistently has several benefits. First, the Bible shows us God's character and provides us with God's revelation of himself to his people.
In every section of the Bible, we see God's holy, immutable, faithful, kind, and loving character. With God's help and the help of those who read the Scriptures daily, after a while I could see the real reason why reading the Bible daily was so difficult for me. And another benefit of reading the Bible is that the more I read, especially in those two books, I respond to the things in my own life with a better understanding. And as I said before, this is what magnifies the importance of reading the Bible in relation to my role as a mother.
